Why Your Daily Greens Will Make You Happier
This beauty of a salad was snapped by one of our favorite readers on a trip in Asia. We couldn't help but notice the flower petals sprinkled over the scrumptious medley of veggies and fruits, with a sprinkling of what we think are pumpkin seeds and cashews. Heavenly.
Mother always told us to eat our greens, but we did some digging and it turns out that one salad a day can substantively improve your health too. The news is not new, but it's worth reminding yourself that when your body is satiated and is getting the fiber and energy it needs, you can tackle and enjoy your day's challenges with greater gusto. If that doesn't make you happy, we're not sure what else will! Even when you eat out, try to get creative.
