Music can make the difference between a so-so and hard-charging workout. We love running interval hills on the treadmill, and our runs are always better with these beats on our playlist:

We love sprinting and slow jogging on an incline to get our heart-rate up. 

Jay-Z with Justin Timberlake, "Holy Grail" (5:37)
Great for a steady portion of the run on a lower incline.

Macklemore with Eric Nally, "Downtown" (4:53)
The funky beats will fuel you to speed up your pace on a flat run.

Lady Gaga, "Bad Romance" (4:54)
Do whatever you fancy - it's Lady G! Maybe change up the incline two or three times. 

Flo Rida, "GDFR featuring Sage the Gemini & Lookas" (3:10) 
This is a great song for pushing yourself up a hill.
