De-Stress Your Morning Routine: Stretch + Meditation
Stress - we all feel it. From the moment we wake up, many of us reach for our smartphones, tablets and remotes before getting out of bed. Try these tricks before you swipe a screen and make the pace of your day flow a little better: Stretch. Two sets of three deep breaths: inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth. In your head, repeat five things your are grateful for/your goals for the day. If you have a few more minutes, quiet your mind, and count to 100.
